Then at your in-person ordering appointment, I can assist you with image selection and purchasing. I take pride in my timeless editing style and expert retouching. I'll make you look like the best version of yourself, while maintaining natural tones and realistic texture. I believe that editing and retouching are an integral part of my art, and therefore I do not outsource to third-party editors. You can be assured that your finished images will be consistent to each other and consistent with my portfolio. My work is treated with careful consideration of the finished product.

A portrait is a work of art you should be proud to display, hold, and share. I have carefully chosen each product I offer for quality and longevity. Printed products are made in the USA by vendors who exclusively serve professional photographers and who use the finest archival printing technology.

In business for 15 years, I have the experience necessary for consistent, professional results every time. I'm also formally educated in photography, art, and digital design. As a testament to my skill, I have had my work selected for publication by multiple industry magazines, and have been recognized both locally and nationally (including being named a 2025 Finalist in the Best of Fond du Lac Awards and a recipient of the Senior Style Guide Hot 100 multiple years in a row). I use professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and computer software in order to produce clear and sharp photos with proper exposure and color. In addition, my computer monitor is color-calibrated to ensure accuracy of your finished prints. I regularly upgrade my equipment as technology changes to ensure I’m delivering the best quality images possible.

I will assist with all aspects of styling and preparing for your session. We’ll discuss ideas for clothing and accessories for each location and background, and I will advise you on what outfits will look best in photos. I'll share my Style Guide, Pinterest board, and favorite places to shop, and you will have exclusive access to the studio Style Closet!

I am inspired by unique backgrounds and unexpected places, and I know all of the best locations for portraits. From fields of wildflowers, to beaches and rivers, to downtown alleyways, or my studio, you’ll have plenty of options to suit your style. Whether we use one of my suggestions or a location of your choosing, I will find ways to make it look amazing.

I strive to offer a high-end, polished, yet natural appearance when editing your portraits, without an overly airbrushed look. Every image is hand-retouched with careful attention to detail and consideration of the final image.

I treat your images with the utmost care. I carry backup equipment to every session, record to dual memory cards in-camera, and utilize redundant on-site and off-site electronic data storage systems.

I value simplicity, transparency, and clear communication. Pricing is simple, with no complicated package requirements, so that my clients receive exactly what they need and want. You will see all product prices before committing to a session. The typical investment is reflective of actual client orders, which include a substantial number of products and images. I offer various print and digital image options.
